Museum Policies
- All functions must be deemed appropriate to the facilities and must not interfere with normal working conditions.
- To avoid confusion, please designate one contact person for your event.
- All equipment (decor, pianos, meeting materials, etc.) must be removed immediately after the event concludes.
- All clients and vendors must supply their own equipment (extension cords, power strips, carts, flipcharts, easels, pens, etc.) All cords must be secured with gaffer's tape.
- All decorations and signs must be freestanding.
- Do not lean any equipment against walls.
- Audio-visual equipment rental is charged on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Special Events office must approve rentals being delivered to the Museum; otherwise, we can only accept and sign for deliveries arranged for by the High
Failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit and/or cancellation of your event.
