Event Description

Socially distance with us! Join us every month for family art-making at the High!

There’s a new theme each month to provide inspiration, but visitors also have the freedom to play and experiment with their materials to create anything imaginable. Collaborate with your family on creating an original work of art, and then explore the galleries with a scavenger hunt to find even more artwork related to that month’s theme!

Designed for children ages six through twelve years with their caregivers, Family Art Escapes gives families an opportunity to create, collaborate, and investigate in the Museum. A High Museum staff member is always present to support your art-making and provide any additional information about programming at the High.

Three Time Slots:
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Space is limited. Preregistration is required.
Your ticket includes access to the Museum galleries.
