Musing Together is a monthly art conversation program designed for individuals with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia and their care partners. Each month, High Museum of Art staff facilitate lively conversations focusing on four to six artworks on view in the High’s collection or special exhibitions.

This month, we will be discussing works in The Family Album of Ralph Eugene Meatyard and Blazing Light: Photographs by Mimi Plumb.

Over the course of ninety minutes, participants will be able to look closely and share their observations, ideas, and opinions; learn about the artwork; and connect with one another in a supportive environment. Assistive listening devices and lightweight collapsible stools will be available during each program.

To register for this month’s conversation, please click the ticket button. Registration is $5 per person. Registrants will receive a “Know Before You Go” email prior to the program with details on getting to the High, parking, and other important information.

To receive registration emails directly to your inbox, sign up for our Musing Together email list via the sign-up form.

For more information, please email culturecollective@high.org or call 404-733-5034.
