Offered in conjunction with Picturing the South: 25 Years, this online class will prompt participants to make their own distinctive smartphone photographs that speak to their personal engagement with the American South.

Exploring Folk and Self-Taught Art at the High,

This multiweek course, led by Katherine Jentleson, Merrie and Dan Boone Curator of Folk and Self-Taught Art, will explore the High’s Folk and Self-Taught Art collection as well as two major exhibitions, Gatecrashers: The Rise of the Self-Taught Artist in America and Really Free: The Radical Art of Nellie Mae Rowe.
