We’ve partnered with Cuseum to provide digital membership cards, a convenient, eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic cards.
Once downloaded to your smartphone, your digital card will automatically update each year when you renew. Plus, digital membership cards provide quick links to our website, contact information, and helpful reminders—and you’ll never worry about forgetting your card when you visit the Museum! If you wish to receive a printed card instead, please request a printed card here. Printed cards arrive two to three weeks after the request is received.

Q. What are digital membership cards?
A. Digital cards are a convenient, eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic cards that must be reprinted and mailed each year. Digital cards can be downloaded to a smartphone’s “wallet” for convenient access.
Q. I’m a new member. When will I receive my digital membership card?
A. Once your membership is processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download and access your new digital membership card. Please allow up to seven business days for online or on-site membership purchases to be processed.
Q: Will my digital card update when I renew my membership?
A: Yes, your digital card will automatically update when your membership information changes, so you only need to download your card once! Please note that if you renew early, your new expiration date will refresh once your current membership ends.
Q. How do I add the digital membership card to my iPhone?
A. Open the download instructions email from your smartphone and click the “Download” button. Then click “Add to Wallet” and “Add.” The card will automatically save in your iPhone’s Apple Wallet and can be accessed there at any time.
Q. How do I add the membership card to my Android phone?
A. Android users should download Wallet Passes from Google Play. Once the app is installed, access the membership email from your smartphone and click “Download.” Your digital membership card will automatically save to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time.
Q. Can I get a printed plastic card instead of a digital membership card?
A. Yes, If you wish to receive a printed card instead, please request one here: Request a printed card. Printed cards arrive two to three weeks after the request is received.
Q. How do I update the information on my card if it’s incorrect?
A. We are happy to make the correction. Please email digitalcard@high.org or call Member Services at 404-733-4575.
Q. There are two named members on my membership. How can the second member receive a digital card?
A. The email with download instructions will be sent to the primary member’s email address. Once the primary member has downloaded their digital card, they can share their pass with the second named member. Our Guest Relations staff may request a corresponding photo ID upon entry to ensure that only named members are using your digital card.
iPhone users should navigate to the back of the card by clicking the small ellipsis button in the top right of the card. After selecting the “Share” icon in the top right corner, share the pass via text, email, or AirDrop.
Android users using Google Wallet should simply forward the email they received and ask the second member to click on “Download Membership Card > Add to Google Wallet” (Google does not have a sharing option).
Android users using the new Wallet Union should do the following:
Open the app and tap on the digital card you want to share (it will open the digital card in full screen mode if you have multiple cards from the same vendor).
Tap the ellipsis button at the top right side of the screen.
Tap on “Share Card.”
Note: Android provides multiple sharing options. We recommend using email or Bluetooth.
Q. Can I access my benefits on the digital card?
A. Yes, your membership benefits are listed on the back of your digital card.
Q. I need a new link for downloading my digital card. What should I do?
A. To receive a new download link for your digital membership card, please visit the Digital Membership Card Portal. You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your membership so that a new link can be generated and emailed to you.
Q. Will I still need to show my photo ID with my digital card?
A. The safety and security of members is very important to us, and we want to ensure that no one else is using your membership benefits. Our admissions staff may request a corresponding photo ID upon entry to ensure that only named members are using your membership.
