Kids and Families

All families are welcome at the High Museum of Art! We offer activities for the very young and programs for the young at heart. Each month, we organize events including story times and art-making projects around a theme, such as “Make a Difference” or “Build It!” See what we have planned in the coming months!

What’s It Like to Visit the Museum?

To help ensure your family has a great experience at the High Museum, check out this Visiting the High Museum social story. This will give you a sense of what to expect during your visit.

The High Museum of Art is working to become more inclusive for all of our visitors. If you have additional needs, please provide us with information on how we can better serve you and your family by contacting the Manager of Family Programs at nicole.cromartie@high.org or 404-733-4815.

Family Fun at The Woodruff Arts Center is sponsored by the Lettie Pate Evans Foundation, which is part of the family of foundations that also includes the Robert W. Woodruff Foundation. The Lettie Pate Evans Foundation is an independent private foundation that invests primarily in education, arts, and culture.
