Dance in Taylor Lobby, gather around for ghost stories in the Atrium, slip into the galleries on an after-hours tour and raise a glass to our first hundred years.

Costumes aren’t required, but they are strongly encouraged.

Music and art collide in an unforgettable night every first Friday at the High. Wear a great outfit, join a guided tour in the galleries, enjoy a cocktail, or dance the night away. Don’t miss Atlanta’s favorite DJs on the biggest social night of the month!

A new way to spend a Friday night.

Art & is the High’s new after-hours hangout, happening every second Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. Each month explores a new theme, pairing art with something you already love, from vinyl and fashion to myths and beyond.

Gather your friends or come solo and leave with new ones. Grab a drink, enjoy live music, make art, and hear a lively conversation between two unexpected experts who will change the way you see works from the High’s collection.

Don’t miss an evening of live jazz at the High every third Friday. Enjoy a drink and light bites, head to the galleries to explore the museum’s works on view, and join a docent-led tour for a detailed look at the collection. The event will feature two musical areas where musicians will play throughout the evening, layering notes and improvising melodies. Seating for Friday Jazz opens at 6 p.m. and is limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
