We look forward to sharing this new benefit with you. Thank you for being a member of the High!
If you prefer to receive a printed plastic card, please fill out this online form.
With the High’s new digital membership cards, you never have to worry about forgetting your card when you visit the Museum! Learn more about this new benefit below.
Q. What are digital membership cards?
A. Digital cards are a convenient, eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic cards that must be reprinted and mailed each year. Digital cards can be downloaded to a smartphone’s “wallet” for convenient access.
Q. When will I receive my digital membership card?
A. Once your membership is processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download and access your new digital membership card. Please allow 5–7 business days for online or on-site membership purchases to be processed.
Q. How do I add the digital membership card to my iPhone?
A. Open the email from your smartphone and click the “Download” button. Then click “Add to Wallet” and “Add.” The card will automatically save in your iPhone’s Apple Wallet and can be accessed there at any time.
Q. How do I add the membership card to my Android phone?
A. Android users should download Wallet Passes from Google Play. Once the app is installed, access the membership email from your smartphone and click “Download.” Your digital membership card will automatically save to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time.
Q. Can I get a printed plastic card instead of a digital membership card?
A. Yes, you may request a physical card when you visit, by completing this online form, or by contacting Member and Guest Services at email@example.com or 404-733-4575.
Q. How do I update the information on my card if it’s incorrect?
A. We are happy to make the correction. Please contact Member and Guest Services at firstname.lastname@example.org or 404-733-4575.
Q. There are two named members on my membership. How can the second member receive a digital card?
A. The email with download details will be sent to the primary member’s email address. Once your digital card has been downloaded to your smartphone, you can share it with another member in your household. iPhone users can share the card via text message if sending to another iPhone. Android users should navigate to the other side of the card by clicking the small icon on the bottom right of the card. After selecting “Share Pass,” you can select the email or mail option to share your pass. Our admissions staff will request a corresponding photo ID upon entry to ensure that only named members are using your digital card.
Q. I have a Caregiver benefit on my membership. Will I get a card for my caregiver too?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot generate digital cards for caregivers at this time. When a caregiver will be accompanying an adult member, simply check in together at the admissions desk. When a caregiver will be accompanying your children to the High, we encourage you to prepurchase tickets online for a smooth check-in process. You can also share your digital card with your family’s caregiver so that our admissions team can check in your family using your membership number.
Q: Will my digital card update when I renew my membership?
A: Yes, your digital card will automatically update when your membership information changes, so you only need to download your card once!
Q. Can I access my benefits on the digital card?
A. Yes, your membership benefits are listed on the back of your digital card.
Q. I downloaded my card, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
A. If you have an iPhone, the card will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new card by scrolling through any cards that are already downloaded. If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Google Play Store prior to downloading the card.
Q. Will I still need to show my Photo ID with my digital card?
A. Yes. The safety of our members is very important to us, and we want to ensure that no one else is using your membership benefits.
