What is the difference between a Museum Pass and a membership?
Museum Pass is designed to make visiting the High easy and affordable. Passholders enjoy unlimited daytime admission to the High’s collection and most special exhibitions but do not enjoy additional benefits of membership such as free parking, discounts in the Museum Shop, and free access to Friday Jazz, HIGH Frequency Fridays, special lectures, talks, and films.
If you are interested in a High membership, please give us a call at 404-733-4575 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.) or visit the Admissions Desk on your next trip to the High.
When will I receive my digital Museum Pass?
Instructions for downloading your digital pass will be emailed to you within five to seven business days from date of purchase. If you wish to visit the High and have not yet received your pass, you may check in at the Admissions Desk with your confirmation email and a photo ID.
I purchased a Museum Pass two weeks ago but have not yet received an email to download my new pass. What should I do?
Please email email@example.com or call 404-733-4575 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.) to verify your contact information.
We also encourage you to confirm that the email we sent you did not go to your spam folder. Museum Pass emails are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I reserve admission tickets online using my Museum Pass?
As a passholder, you can reserve one general admission ticket per day at no additional cost! To reserve online, begin by logging in to your account. Once you are logged in as a Passholder, you will be able to add one complimentary ticket to your cart. You will also be able to purchase additional tickets in the same order.
