Learning and Impact

Schools and Districts

In alignment with our values and methodologies, all of the High’s programs for students and educators are created with our school community partners. Every quarter, over 40 school district administrators from across Georgia convene to advise our school programs team on what students, teachers, and schools need. For over a decade, this group has guided the education team on topics such as STEAM, teaching with primary and secondary sources, and visual literacy. In addition, teachers are regularly consulted for updating all seven of the High’s curriculum-based programs for prekindergarten to high school learners. Experts in accessibility are also regularly consulted to keep all programs for students with disabilities relevant and inclusive. Some of our school community partners include the Center for the Visually Impaired, Fulton County Schools Adaptive Art department, and Tapestry Public Charter School.
