Dutch Art in a Global Age: Masterpieces from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Teacher Resource

Dutch Art in a Global Age brings together more than sixty paintings—still lifes, portraits, seascapes, landscapes, architectural views, and genre scenes— by the period’s leading Dutch artists, including Rembrandt, Jacob van Ruisdael, Frans Hals, Jan Steen, Willem Kalf, and Rachel Ruysch.

Educators are encouraged to use these key images before or after their students’ visit to the High Museum to help facilitate further learning and discussion.
