Due to incredible demand, guaranteed access to Viktor&Rolf. Fashion Statements during UPS Second Sundays requires a timed ticket. This timed ticket includes access to the rest of the museum — no additional ticket is required. To reserve, you will select a 30-minute slot for timed entry. Please note: If you miss your time, you may enter the overflow line, but entry will not be guaranteed.

Why is a timed ticket required to enter the Viktor&Rolf exhibition on UPS Second Sundays? 

  • Due to the incredible demand for entry to the exhibition on UPS Second Sundays, when the museum experiences large crowds, guaranteed access to Viktor&Rolf. Fashion Statements on those days will require a timed ticket. 

Is there a cost for the timed ticket? 

  • No. The timed ticket is free and includes access to the rest of the museum. (Please note: The Greene Family Learning Gallery is closed on UPS Second Sundays.) 

How do I register for a timed ticket? 

  • Visit this link to register. You will select a 30-minute time slot for entry to the exhibition.  Please note: If you miss your time, you can enter the overflow line, but entry will not be guaranteed. 

What happens if I miss my time slot? 

  • If you miss your time slot, you will not be guaranteed entry to the exhibition, but you can enter the overflow line. In the event there is space in the exhibition, the museum will allow patrons in the overflow line to enter Viktor&Rolf. Patrons with a reservation for the exhibition who arrive during their time slot will always be given priority. We recommend reserving a time slot in advance. 

If I didn’t reserve a time slot in advance, can I still see the Viktor&Rolf. Fashion Statements exhibition during a UPS Second Sunday? 

  • If you do not have a reserved ticket, we cannot guarantee entry to the exhibition during a UPS Second Sunday.  You can enter the overflow line, but entry will not be guaranteed. In the event there is space in the exhibition, the museum will allow patrons in the overflow line to enter Viktor&Rolf. Patrons with a reservation for the exhibition who arrive during their time slot will always be given priority. We recommend reserving a time slot in advance. 

When can I reserve a time slot? 

  • Reservations for the Dec. 14 UPS Second Sunday are available now here.  
  • For the January 11 UPS Second Sunday, registration will open on Sunday, December 14. 
  • For the February 8 UPS Second Sunday, registration will open on Sunday, January 11. 

I already reserved a General Admission ticket to the Dec. 14 UPS Second Sunday. Can I still reserve a ticket for entry to the Viktor&Rolf exhibition?
